Why Your Evolution Matters More Than The Technology’s

And The 3 Evolutionary Imperatives You Can't Ignore

Yes AI is great fun. Machines doing what only we humans could do yesterday.

But the revolution isn't in the machines. It's in us.

And it isn’t optional.

I love leverage—ways to create more with less. Maybe because I’m lazy. Or maybe I want to get rid of the things I hate to do.

But really, I’m driven by fear.

I’m scared of wasting my talent, my time and looking back at wasted potential.

I don’t want to live in regret, wonder what might have been or die with so many ideas in my mind.

I want to see what’s possible for me… and help you see what’s possible for you.

I've been called "delusionally optimistic" about what's possible. But all entrepreneurs have a degree of delusional optimism otherwise we wouldn’t wake up every day and deal with the dragons that come our way.

We now face the biggest leverage opportunity in history.

From Task Rabbits to Dream Architects

For too long humans have been task rabbits - doing repetitive work that drains and doesn't fulfill.

The chance to solve big problems, create, and lead was reserved for a selet few with big resources.

Everyone else basically flipped switches for someone else's machine.

But the walls have fallen. For the first time, technology isn't just doing our work—it's rewiring the way we think (for better and for worse).

This creates a choice:

Will you use these tools to save time for Netflix, outsourcing your thinking to algorithms while you perfect the art of couch denting?

Or will you use them to accelerate your personal evolution and build your future self—the version of you that makes today's you look like the beta release?

It All Starts Upstairs

Everything begins with a thought - that requires intelligence

But intelligence isn't just IQ. It's how clearly you think, how well you learn, how deep you understand, and how you solve problems.

Intelligence is the seed of all creativity:

Clear thinking → better questions → better insights → better decisions → better results.

Now we have tools to accelerate this entire process.

The biggest risk isn't AI taking your job—it's someone using AI better than you to create more value while you're still trying to remember your ChatGPT password.

What Is Accelerated Intelligence?

When I reinvented my own business to help others with AI, it was because I was shifting to the increased demand for my skills with it that I learned by accident.

FAFIO:  F#ckin Around and Figuring It Out

I tinker with intention. I try new tools to get faster, cheaper and better outcomes.

Frankly could care less about the tool and how we get there.

I called my business Accelerated Intelligence because “artificial intelligence” is just a tool.  Accelerated intelligence is the outcome we want, it’s the lead domino that makes the rest fall.

I want to connect with others who feel the same—the people who can't help but tinker, improve, and ask "what if?" when everyone else is saying "that's just how it is."

When I talk about "intelligence," I mean it broadly:

  • Human intelligence: Creativity, intuition, empathy, and strategy

  • Artificial intelligence: Computing power and pattern recognition

  • Emotional intelligence: Managing our feelings and relationships

  • Financial intelligence: Creating and directing capital

  • Technological intelligence: Leveraging tools to multiply our impact

  • Social intelligence: Building connections that help everyone grow

Accelerated Intelligence is all about “intentional evolution toward our better future self.”

The 3 Evolutionary Imperatives (aka 3 Things That You Gotta Change Fast)

1. Mental Evolution

Upgrade your mental operating system—build clearer thinking, stronger models, and decision tools that cut through complexity.

2. Capability Evolution

Build workflows and tools that amplify your strengths. Know which technologies to adopt and which skills to develop. Use AI as a lever, not a crutch.

3. Creative Evolution

Move from consumption to production, from reaction to initiative. The real test of intelligence is creation—bringing something new into the world that solves problems.

So I decided to build this community of intentional evolvers—people who choose to architect the future rather than just consume it.

Here is where I share:

  • Methods for integrating AI without losing your creative edge

  • Mental models that helped me build and sell multiple businesses

  • Systems for rapid learning that compress years into months

  • Approaches that maximize both impact and fulfillment

We’re New Kinds of Pioneers

The pioneers of our era explore the frontiers of intelligence itself—what becomes possible when we intentionally evolve our thinking and creative processes. While others get disrupted, you'll do the disrupting. While others fear obsolescence, you'll create new value. While others react to change, you'll build the future.

The future belongs to those who evolve on purpose. Who adapt with strategy. Who create with boldness.
